Flight Instructors - Our flight instructors enjoy the best pay and benefits in the area. Pay is based on total billable hours including ground and flight time. Incentive compensation is paid every month based on total billings versus goals. We also pay commissions on merchandise sales and bonuses for top production. AFLAC accident coverage is provided at no cost, and additional AFLAC coverages are available at low group rates. The employee discount on airplane rental, instruction, and merchandise are really popular with our staff who are working on additional ratings and certificates. We encourage our staff to use company aircraft for personal travel and do not require additional insurance. As an Anson Aviation instructor you'll fly the best-maintained equipment in the area, and you'll teach a high-income, highly-motivated customer base. Line Service Representative - We currently have an open position for a Line Service Representative. The LSR is responsible for helping customers with their airplanes on the ramp and for making sure that the airplanes are serviced and positioned. Airplane service includes maintaining oil levels and tire pressures, cleaning windshields, removing trash, and positioning and chocking the airplanes. The LSR also helps with general office and hangar duties. Working times are flexible. Current shifts are Wednesday and Friday 1500 to 1800, Saturday 0900 to 1500, and Sunday 1300 to 1600.
